1. Who these terms are for
These terms cover purchases of Zoqa ZZP Facturatie by someone acting for a profession or business. The buyer confirms at purchase that the licence is acquired for business use.
2. Product and licence
Zoqa ZZP Facturatie is an invoice and payment workflow for Google Sheets™ and Google Drive™, and is intended only for domestic Dutch sales invoices in EUR within the scope described on the product page.
A purchase grants one non-exclusive licence for use with one Google account. The licence may not be resold, shared or linked to multiple accounts at the same time.
In certain situations, when needed, Zoqa can manually move the licence to another Google account after verifying the purchase.
3. Price, payment and activation
The price is €49 excluding VAT, paid once. Payment is handled through Stripe. Zoqa links the licence to the Google account provided for the purchase.
Activation may require manual checking. A successful payment means the purchase has been received. The licence works after activation is complete.
4. Request within 14 days
You can email zzpfacturatie@zoqa.nl within 14 calendar days after payment. Include enough information for us to locate the purchase.
When Zoqa approves repayment, the licence is revoked. Your own Google Sheets™ spreadsheet and PDFs in your Google Drive™ remain yours and are not deleted by Zoqa. After revocation, the licence may not be used.
5. Licence revocation
Zoqa may block or revoke a licence following a reversed payment, fraud, unauthorised distribution, misuse, a security risk or where required by law. When permanent revocation follows a Zoqa error, Zoqa assesses whether repayment is appropriate. Fraud, misuse, reversed payment, damage, risk or costs caused by the buyer do not lead to repayment.
6. Updates and availability
Zoqa may release updates when appropriate. There is no fixed update schedule, and the one-time price does not include a promise of lifetime updates, hosting or support.
Zoqa may stop new sales or adjust the product. Stopping new sales does not by itself revoke existing licences. Availability also depends on Google Sheets™, Google Drive™, Apps Script and Google Workspace Marketplace.
7. Use and your responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for using the spreadsheet, script and add-on. This includes input, checks, backups, access, retention duties, administration, laws, tax rules and other obligations connected to the business or transaction.
The buyer checks amounts, VAT, exemptions, invoice requirements, customer data, payment status and choices made through the product. Using Zoqa ZZP Facturatie does not change that responsibility.
8. Operation and remedy for a defect
Zoqa aims for the product to materially operate as described on the product page and in the manual within the supported environment. Report bugs, issues and problems via zzpfacturatie@zoqa.nl or the contact form.
For a material defect, Zoqa may, depending on what is reasonable, offer a fix, workaround or update. Operation also depends on Google Sheets™, Google Drive™, Apps Script and Google Workspace Marketplace.
9. Liability
The buyer is responsible for use, checks, administration, compliance with rules and consequences of decisions made with or based on the product.
To the extent permitted by law, Zoqa is not liable for damage caused by use of the spreadsheet, script, add-on, incorrect input, missed checks, tax choices, administrative mistakes, business processes, platform outages or the buyer's failure to meet obligations. Mandatory law continues to apply.
10. Intellectual property
The software, product documentation and Zoqa product materials remain the property of Zoqa or the relevant rights holder. The buyer receives only the usage right stated in these terms. Content entered by the buyer in the spreadsheet and invoice PDFs generated by the buyer remain the buyer's property.
11. Support
Product support is provided via zzpfacturatie@zoqa.nl. We aim to reply by email within 5 working days. A reply may take longer during investigation, busy periods, platform outages or when purchase details are missing.
12. Changes to these terms
The terms in force at the time of purchase remain the basis for that purchase. Zoqa may change terms for future purchases. A change required for an existing licence by law, security or a platform requirement will be applied as narrowly as possible.
13. Dutch law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Overijssel, unless mandatory law requires another competent court.
